Bethnal Green by @raudaschl

Parabolic Theatre, of “Crisis,What Crisis?” fame, has opened a new dedicated immersive venue and announced new season of shows.

The venue CRYPT is an underground space in St. Peter’s Bethnal Green church. It will showcase established and emerging companies, starting with ‘Make Do and Mend’ a season of wartime-inspired pieces. Explore a museum of alternate history in which Britain was occupied by the Nazis in The British Resistance Museum, work alongside famous code crackers in Illicit Signals Bletchley Park or solve a Blitz-time mystery in Line of Fire. The run also includes a chance to walk in the shoes of WW2’s unsung heros in Hidden Figures: WW2 by PartyGeek.

CRYPT will also rehouse some of the shows from the cancelled Vault Festival series and Circus in a Bottle has already been confirmed.

Make Do and Mend will run from 8 April to 30 September and booking opens soon, Circus in a Bottle will run 29 March to 3 April and is booking now.
